Day 30

This moring we tried to plan most of our trip through South America. It took us quite some time, but we figured most of it out. The only thing we have not yet figured out is whether to go to Brazil or to Colombia (and possibly also see a bit of Ecuador).
After doing all the planning, we went into the city to see the rest of the sights. We first went to Iglesia de la Compañia de Jesús and los Clausteros de la Compañia, we then continued to the monastery of Santa Catalina. We ended at another viewpoint where we could oversee the whole city. The sky was cloudy, but the view over the volcanos was still amazing. Then, we went to the local market of Arequipa and walked around for a little. Thanks to our great orientation and me holding the map upside down, we walked through the whole city trying to find our hostel. When we finally got back at the hostel we had to pack our backpacks again, as this was already our last day in the city.
