Day 11
It wasn't too bad to leave Washington D.C. this morning as it was a rainy, grey day. We packed our stuff, this time with more grace and way easier than before. We then quickly ran, through the rain, to the supermarket to get the most delicious donuts for lunch. Next, we walked uphill with all our belongings for about two kilometers, to get to the nearest metro station. From there on, our metro took us to the airport and our plane took off at 5pm. Even though the flight itself was a little over six hours, when we arrived in Seattle it was only three hours later. So yes, jetlag, again. And thus, when we arrived at our AirBnb about 1,5 hours later, I couldn't be asleep quick enough.Geschreven door Romymatse
