Day 25

This day, we decided to do some real sightseeing. Our first stop was Rodeo Drive, reliving the Julia Roberts Pretty Woman movie scene. We walked around Beverly Hills for a while and then went back to Hollywood. Here, we visited the Dolby theatre where I saw the Grey's Anatomy cast two and a half years ago. Then, we treated ourselves in the Ben & Jerry's store on a cookie dough ice cream. We walked further on the Walk of Fame and quickly made a stop at the Chinese Theatre to look at the hands and feet of celebrities in the cement on the ground. Afterwards, we made our way to the Grand Central Market to get dinner. I tried the chicken and waffles (yes, as a combination), and all I will say is that I do not recommend it. At all. I was very much convinced that the combination would be good, but it has proven to be otherwise. After my somewhat disastrous dinner, we went to the LA Lakers game. It was so much fun to watch basketball and cool see LeBron James, but what was most amazing (to me) was seeing Denzel Washinton who was amongst the audience. Such a great day and also we won from the San Francisco Golden State Warriors.
