First of all, thank you all for your very nice comments and encouraging words!! It's so lovely to read ;)
My journey continued after Teacher Training, and the very first location was Kata Beach (Phuket) where I've taught my first 17 classes. It was a nice experience to start here. I've build up my confidence and started to enjoy teaching (next to the nerves and excitements). It was so awesome that the beach was so close to my place, just needed to cross over the street and I was already on Kata Beach :)
The Kata Hot Yoga studio is owned by a Dutch yogi (Govert) and his girlfriend (Nong). I stayed exactly above the yoga-studio and could pay the room with my teachings. First 10 days I was still together with my friend from TT, Iman, and when she left to Bangkok (BKK) I stayed in the same room on my own. I visited BKK as well in between for 2 days, taught 1 class there in the Bangkok studio & met Iman again. I liked BKK and the studio very much! I remember I've visited this city about 5 years ago as well (with my dear friend Maarten during Thailand-holiday), but back then I was not so enthousiastic about BKK. This time it changed and maybe I would go back to BKK in October and teach for 1 month in the studio..... Let's see.
During our Kata-stay, Iman and I met a very lovely couple in the studio. They were our first (beginning) students and we became friends. They are from the Philippines, but he lives in Phuket and she lives in Manila. On the last day of Iman's stay in Kata we had dinner and talked about meeting again in the Philippines and visit our friend, Fay (the girl of the couple), there. Iman always wanted to travel to the Philippines because she has some roots over there (1/4 PHP and 3/4 German) but never had the chance to visit the country. (to be continued)
The last 4 days of my stay in Kata Beach while teaching in the Kata Hot Yoga studio, my mother came to visit me and stayed until the end from 14-17 July. She tried the hot yoga for the very first time and attended in total 3 classes during our stay!! I'm so proud of her!! The last 2 classes she practiced were taught by me :)
We had a great time, enjoyed the nice food @ dinner and spend time together. On the 17th of July (last day of my Thai-Visa) we left Thailand together and went back to Singapore (where my parents live).
